Another year has past, and therefore, I feel compelled to update another journal, as much as it pains me to do so (hence the sadness). New things which have happened recently include; getting a new job, starting an all-out family conflict (don't we all love those) and a new camera. I've had my little Kodak camera for.. three years I think now, and I am so relieved to have finally gotten a camera which I love taking pictures with. I purchased a Nikon D5000, and holy do I love it! On a side note, I've been reading a lot this summer, and I've been looking for a copy of Perfume by Patrick Süskind all over town but they would have to order

Yay. A new school year :/ I am so excited (note: sarcasm). Anyways, even though this summer wasn't as fun as I had hoped it would be, the good news is that I was able to finish many of the books I'd been wanting to read and then some. Some meaning books I hadn't planned on reading, such as Twilight. I very much enjoyed the first book, so I naturally bought the next three books (because who can't start a saga and not finish it, huh?). I must say that I was dissapointed with the rest of the series, Breaking Dawn in particular. I thought it was just... wierd... I don't haveuch else to say about that. Today, my dad decided to hang up my picture frames in my room. Because I got them for Christmas, I obviously had not yet had the chance to even consider putting pictures in them. So, I unwraped the plastic from the frames, and while I was doing this, I decided that I would put pictures in them. So, while looking for decent pictures in the trunk in my closet, I found the blue bag which I had thought all my pictures were in. Unfortunately, my pictures weren't there, but some of the things I forgot my mother had collected when we visited France and Italy last year were in there. I found the Harry Potter stamps that I was so excited to buy, appa
